This week was so crazy and we have So much going on this week too it will be insane! So first of all, thank you SO much for all the birthday wishes, I can't explain my gratitude for each of you. You guys rock my socks off (:
So! Lots more planning for our baptisms this week. We met with Teodora just about every day cuz shes just always home alone and it makes us really sad so we go bring some light of the gospel into her life! She constantly calls us her angelitas and it's the cutest. Our investigators had their interviews this week and passed! Teodoras had to be rescheduled but we didn't know for when so we went to tell her and she came outside all dressed SO cute and just so excited and we were like no we had to reschedule it!! Then she didn't have a key so we sat in the park with her for like an hour and she told us all about her kids in Perú and her life in Perú and we talked about her testimony and it was just really special. THEN we got a call later that night right when we got back to piso and told us he could do it over video right then so we ran, literally, as fast as we could to Teodoras and they had the interview while we sat on her couch!!! We were like running there yelling to Narnia and to salvation!! Lol like the things we do for investigators is pretty crazy. It's a special love. Anyways, my birthday was awesome! Basically just another normal day as a missionary but one of our members invited us over and we had Columbian food and she bought me a cake and everything and members in the ward brought me treats and a cute like Spain sombrero and other stuff. I love our barrio (Ward). Then for p day a bunch of us went to the best restaurant I've ever been to. It was Brazilian BBQ and they just keep bringing you unlimited meat. The best meat I've ever had. Also best beans and rice and chocolate mousse. It was actually to die for. And my amazing companion made me the cutest bday present ever. I'm seriously so blessed.
This week we have our 2 baptisms and lots of lessons and we have been finding so many people ready for the gospel and so interested and Spain has a holiday here and our ward is having an activity called Dia de las Naciones. So we will represent America lol and get to try food from all the other countries in our ward and meet SO many people, our investigator invited like 10 people! The Lord has really really supported us and put people in our paths. This work is amazing and so special.
