Baptisms!

WOW, that's my word of the week!! What a beautiful, CRAZY week! 2 baptisms and the fiesta de Las naciones! Who knew baptisms were so crazy and so much to plan!!! But for the salvation of souls, I would do anything!

We were all over Madrid this week for appointments and a new missionary meeting and all types of things, it was adventurous for sure. We also made so much food for the fiesta baptisms and everyone was raving over the biscuits we made haha. So, the fiesta! Wow, we had SO many investigators there and met so many new people that we don't even know where to start. We already have our whole week this week filled up. It's awesome. Every country was represented by a table and everyone did a traditional dance....as missionaries we couldn't dance lol so we wore garbage bags and had our comp be behind us with their arms through the bag and like did a skit of missionaries getting ready in the morning, they all thought it was funny so I think it went Well! Johanna invited like 10 people to dance for the fiesta and she's not even baptized yet so that's pretty cool.

Baptisms!!! Oh how sweet is the spirit of a baptism and the confirmations. Our 2 investigators couldnt do it the same day, so, we had one Friday and one on Saturday! The first thing Teodora said as she came out of the font was "No quiero salir!!" (I don't want to leave!) The light in her eyes was just beaming. The amount of blessings I've seen for her and for Alex and his family as well already is quite incredible. The Lord wants to bless us! The world is only as bad as your attitude! The world can be full of so much good if we allow it in, if we focus on the correct things, if we put Christ first above all and follow his example. They both shared their testimonies after their baptisms and Teodora's was just adorable. And Alex talked about how one day he wants his kids to be like the missionaries. It was all just a really special experience that I will remember for the rest of time and all eternity.

I love you all and thank you for the support, keep being an example to everyone around you, that's all I ask.
